Professional Guardians
Our mission at LMA Guardianship and Charitable Services is to provide exceptional Guardianship Services to residents of Duval, St. John's, Clay, Nassau and Baker Counties.
As the population of elderly and retired citizens continues to increase, so does the need for Guardianship. If there is no willing or able family member or friend that can help in a time of need, LMA Guardianship & Charitable Services can assist with emergency, temporary and/or full-time Guardianship services.
Professional Guardianship Services
Guardianship is a legal process. The court appoints a Guardian to assume the rights of a person who has been determined to be "mentally incapacitated", or unable to manage their own affairs. The Guardian is then authorized to make decisions about various aspects of that person's daily life according to Florida Statutes, guided by the highest level of ethical and moral standards.
